The offers or specials mentioned at any of the CJ STUDIOS social media, digital platforms or website are valid only in between a 50 mile radius from the Palo Alto, California Area.

The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs and video footage , and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs and videos for which the Client pays.

The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the event.


The Photographer shall not be liable for damages due to delays from inclement weather, faulty equipment, damaged memory cards or other causes beyond his control.

The Pre Photoshoots must be performed in the SF bay area or the surrounding area. if the customer wants a location other than the bay area it can be done for an additional cost.

The Client acknowledges that powerful laser lights and intense strobes can cause permanent damage (e.g., "hot pixels," sensor burns) to digital camera sensors, even with modern gear. If Client chooses to have lasers or similar effects present, Photographer reserves the right to stop shooting or vacate the premises to protect equipment. Client assumes full liability for any camera damage, repair costs, or rush rental fees incurred due to lasers/strobes, and agrees to indemnify Photographer against such losses. Photographer will attempt to coordinate with the DJ/lighting to avoid camera angles but cannot guarantee sensor safety if Client insists on the presence of such effects
